What is Mindfulness ?

Mindfulness is being aware of the moment in time that you are in and deliberately becoming aware of your surroundings and the experience you are encountering.

If we go for a mindful walk we experience the trees ,flowers the clouds in the sky and how they might move-rather than running through what we need that day or being preoccupied with an a situation.  

Mindfulness is about practicing being in the 'Here and Now' rather than being someone else emotionally and psychologically. By reconnecting with the simple moments in life it leads to more clarity and peace and less of an intrusion of thought.
